Our client, a reputable Fire and Security company based in the Midlands, is seeking a dedicated Permanent Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and developing national accounts, driving new business opportunities, and promoting the company's range of security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales management within the security sector, with proven experience selling products such as intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. As this role involves extensive travel across the country, a flexible approach and willingness to visit various client sites are essential. The Sales Manager will be expected to build strong relationships with clients, identify their security needs, and tailor proposals to meet these requirements, contributing directly to the company's growth and market presence.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the security industry
- Experience selling security solutions including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
- Strong understanding of the security products and market dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple national accounts and generate new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement
- Full UK driving licence
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 plus commission, along with a company car suitable for personal use.
