- Must hold a valid Level 3 Fire Alarm Qualification
- Experience as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer is essential
- Ability to service and maintain fire alarm systems efficiently
- Competence in working within data centre environments
- Good understanding of fire safety regulations and standards
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and reporting
