    Area Sales Manager - London

    Our client, a leading enterprise security company, is seeking a permanent Area Sales Manager to join their dynamic team based in the London/South East region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager or Sales Executive ready to take the next step in their career.

    We’re looking for someone ambitious, energetic, and commercially astute, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering client satisfaction. You’ll play a critical role in expanding the client’s customer base, implementing effective sales strategies, and helping secure long-term success.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

    • Identify new markets and customer needs through market research.

    • Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients.

    • Promote the client’s products and services, addressing or anticipating client objectives.

    • Prepare sales contracts in compliance with established guidelines and regulations.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client activity.

    • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support.

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

    • Convert new clients into active business accounts.

    • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to the management team.

    • Contribute strategic ideas to improve market presence and competitive positioning.


    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Sales Executive in a similar role.

    • Strong knowledge of security systems is essential.

    • Understanding of enterprise-level systems would be a distinct advantage.

    • Self-motivated, confident, and driven to exceed sales targets.

    • Demonstrated success in achieving sales KPIs and building client relationships.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

    • Skilled in preparing accurate, compliant quotes using quoting software.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.

    • Strong time management, planning, and remote working capabilities.
